As many of you have already heard, your community has been purchased by Yes! Communities. Starting January 1st, 2008, please make all site rent payments payable to Spring Hill Estates and leave them at the office. For your convenience, a drop box is located on the front door of the clubhouse. Any customers who had been using automatic draft payments will need to make payments at the office
