As many of you have already heard, your community has been purchased by Yes! Communities. Starting January 1st, 2008, please make all site rent payments payable to Spring Hill Estates and leave them at the office. For your convenience, a drop box is located on the front door of the clubhouse. Any customers who had been using automatic draft payments will need to make payments at the office pending the setup of the new payment accounts. Vanderbilt mortgage payments will remain unchanged at this time. Please contact the office staff with any questions.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for all you do to help me keep my yard looking great! I was inspired by the mulch give-a-way! I bought new flowers for my flower bed and put them in; they look so beautiful! Karen stopped by and told me how nice my yard looks! (tell her thanks) I wanted to be sure you knew how happy I am!
