Spring Cleaning isn't just for Springtime. Visit the clubhouse to pick up some free red mulch to beautify your garden. Mulch available starting at 10am. Please take enough to refresh your landscaping while respecting the needs of your neighbors.

Don't forget to tell your friends to visit our OPEN HOUSE while they visit your lovely yard. Wouldn't you love to have them as a neighbor.

SpringHill Estates management will be having a pool party for all residents and families of SpringHill estates......June 21, 2008... We will be having some summertime snacks pool side as well as some timely give aways and prizes. All are invited. Kids bring your parents. Check out our Open house in the model center, while your at it.

SpringHill Estates Spring Cleaning Weekend......Management will be providing free Red Mulch At the clubhouse. There will also be hot dogs and hamburgers from 12:00pm to 1:00pm next to the swimming pool to help all our neighbors who are working diligently that week end.
Please take enough to help beautify your yard while respecting the needs of others.

Automatic draft capability is now set up for both Lot rent (SpringHill Estates) and Clayton Bank and Trust home payments.

Remember to drop all lot rent and rent payments at the office or in the drop box on the clubhouse front door made out to SpringHill Estates.

What's New ?!

As many of you have already heard, your community has been purchased by Yes! Communities. Starting January 1st, 2008, please make all site rent payments payable to Spring Hill Estates and leave them at the office. For your convenience, a drop box is located on the front door of the clubhouse. Any customers who had been using automatic draft payments will need to make payments at the office pending the setup of the new payment accounts. Vanderbilt mortgage payments will remain unchanged at this time. Please contact the office staff with any questions.

Grand Opening Phase II

We will be having the Grand Opening of Phase II of Spring Hill Estates this coming weekend, Sat Nov 10 from 1pm-4pm. Come join in the fun! We will have tours of the new section of your community and tours of the new model homes. We will have a moon bounce for the kids and free tacos for all. We look forward to seeing you there!
